I'm starting week 6 of my fitness / weight-loss challenge at Orange Theory Fitness in Waite Park. I've never been able to commit myself to a gym or fitness center in the past. I'd usually go two or three weeks, and never go back. Its different this time! I'm really starting to see results, and like what Orange Theory does for me personally. I need the structure a personal trainer brings to the table, but still love the camaraderie of a group workout.

Believe it or not, I'm burning between 700-1000 calories per workout (yesterday I burned almost 950 for example). No workout is ever the same, and it doesn't get boring (or routine). I invest one hour three times a week minimum. My schedule right now is Monday's at 4:15 pm, Thursday's at 5:30 pm, and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I'd love to have you join me. First class is always FREE with no contracts.

I'm down seven pounds and starting to gain muscles where I never had them before lol. I've got a long way to go! I started at 200 pounds, and would like to get to 175-180. Most importantly I want to look and feel better about myself. I'm 41, and not getting any younger. People are taking notice, and that's certainly motivating me to want to continue past the challenge.

P.S. I've always been embarrassed to take off my shirt in public, but now not so much. Let's see what I look like after another six weeks. Thanks to the amazing (kick ass) trainers (Jenny, Kelly and the rest).
