I took up running again in March and ran almost every single day through mid-November. While I did up my distance and lower my time plus run in four 5K races this summer, I didn't shed a single pound.

I'm now working with a personal trainer at Rejuv Medical and following their clean eating and exercise program and I have dropped nine pounds since the beginning of December, but I know there is still more work to be done.
