There are bills to pay, loans to pay back, new job experiences, and so much more. It's a world of "firsts" and it can get overwhelming at times. Notice how six of the top 10 are work related. That is a lot of stress stemming from one huge part of our lives. We are told to work jobs we love, but sometimes those jobs don't pay that well, or aren't easy to get into. The stress from that impacts our overall physical and mental health which is also something we worry about! It's a circle of stress that never ends! Break the cycle, take time to take care of yourself. We have our whole lives to worry about everything, just take it one day at a time and hopefully it'll all be alright in the end!
