So many of us set goals of getting in better shape, that we tend to overdo it, and then we give up. A new study from Loughborough University in England says that you only need to work out two times a week to get the basic health benefits of exercise.

75 minutes of hard exercise or 150 minutes of moderate exercise can help lower your chances of dying from heart disease by 40%, and your chances of dying from cancer by 18%.

So exercising for 35 minutes twice a week could really be a game changer for many of us. The goal won't help you lose weight or get that perfect body you dream of, but it will make you healthier.
