Clearwater Man Killed In Rear End Crash With Semi

ST. CLOUD - A Clearwater man was killed in a crash with a semi. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 5:30 p.m. Monday on Interstate 94 in St. Cloud.

A van driven by 58-year-old Frederick Meyer was going east when it rear ended the semi hauling a large excavator. The semi was stopped due to crashes in front of it. Meyer was killed in the crash.

The semi driver from Missouri was not hurt.
