We're very 'Minnesota nice' here in the land of 10,000 lakes! It comes in handy sometimes too when we're getting our beauty sleep.

A new study from Gonzaga University in Washington found that being positive and talking about good news before bed helps you sleep better at night! The study also found that you're more likely to be a healthy person and live a longer life as well. A good night's rest is enough to put anyone in a good mood!

In 1997, there was a study done that suggested Minnesota women, particularly in central Minnesota, had the highest life expectancy in the world. Overall, the life expectancy for men and women in Minnesota is the second highest in the United States behind Hawaii.

I know we get made fun of sometimes by other states for being so positive, but it's working for us, Minnesota! Ya know, we're a pretty happy state here fer sure.
