Last night I stayed up until 10:30 p.m. to watch a movie. My sleeping pattern hasn't quite gotten used to Daylight Savings Time yet. Normally, this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I have to be up by 4 a.m.

There are people that get way less sleep than I do, but 5 1/2 hours of sleep is kicking my butt today. I need a solid six hours to be a productive member of society. Typically, on a good night, I get 6 1/2 hours of sleep.

How much sleep do you need at a bare minimum to be able to function?
