Listening Parties On Friday Nights

Every Friday night this summer, we'll go inside another new album from a Mix artist.  We've already put the spotlight on American Idol alum's Adam Lambert, Kris Allen and Haley Reinhart.  This Friday night (6/15) we hear the new album "Promising Promises" from Jon McLaughlin.

Jon is a singer songwriter from small town Indiana that burst on the national scene back in 2007 with his major label debut "Indiana."  His first single "Summer Is Over" from his latest release features his good friend Sara Bareilles and is already a hit on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Charts.  You can hear his new single and the rest of Promising Promises this Friday night 10PM Central with Jade right here on Mix 94.9.
