Woman Hurt When Deer Hits Her Car On Interstate 94
WAITE PARK - An Eden Valley woman was hurt when the car she was driving was struck by a deer. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at 6:00 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 94 in St. Joseph Township, south of Waite Park.
Fifty-six-year-old Robin Getzkow of Eden Valley was going east when a deer ran out and struck the car she was driving from the side. She was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
A passenger, George Getzkow, was not hurt.
