The Family of Tanner Fuls Raises Money in His Honor

I had the privilege of joining the family of Tanner Fuls yesterday afternoon for the 'Tanner's Team Foundation Spaghetti Dinner.'  The event was held at Rollies in Sauk Rapids from 4-6 pm and was very well attended.  Tanner's Team Foundation reaches out to families throughout Central Minnesota whose children are fighting a life threatening disease or medical condition. To date, they have helped 45 families by granting almost $30,000.

Tanner was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) in July of 2010 and passed away four months later on November 27th.  The foundation does a number of events throughout the year including the upcoming 5K Walk / Run on June 28th.  For more information visit tannersteam.org or check them out on Facebook.
