It was another successful year for the St. Cloud Polar Plunge last month. The event raised over $91,000 for Special Olympics.

Colorful tutus as far as the eye could see, superheros and even clowns could be seen at this year's Polar Plunge.

Downtown St. Cloud will be full of holiday spirit this weekend with the annual Winter Festival.

The conditions were less than balmy, but the 2011 St. Cloud Polar Plunge was a huge success. Over 500 plungers raised more than $70,000 for the Special Olympics of Minnesota.

Just this morning, as I was freezing my butt off, I asked "Why do we live in Minnesota?" The answer is because the Norwegian stock we come from is totally insane. Oh wait, no.....it's the vodka!
