November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month and the American Cancer Society is changing the guidelines for screening.

March is Colon Cancer Awareness month, and several St. Cloud landmarks will soon light up in honor of it.

The American Cancer Society is planning a golf tournament in Sartell at Blackberry Ridge Golf Club on Monday August 30th and Relay for Life will take place September 18th at the Sartell Community Center. Senior Community Development Manager Sherri Maanum from the American Cancer Society joined me on WJON this week.

Dozens of people and dogs gathered to raise money for people and animals with cancer.

Despite the stormy weather hundreds came out for the annual American Cancer Society's Relay for Life walk in St. Cloud.

Relay For Life of Greater St. Cloud is going back to Apollo High School.

Some dogs were furry, others were drooling but all were excited to go for a walk this (Saturday) morning in Sartell. Over 100 people gathered at Pinecone Central Park for the Bark For Life Walk to support the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Central Minnesota, will be having their 3 -mile fundraising walk this Saturday, October 17th. It's not to late to put together a team and walk on Saturday.
