Swanville School District Hosting Facebook ‘Story Corner’ During School Closure

Shout out to the Swanville School District for an awesome way to keep the kids entertained while they are home from school.

The Swanville School District is going live on Facebook once a day for a Story Corner where a staff member reads a children's book to viewers. Not only is this a great way to entertain the kids for a few minutes, it is also an awesome way for the staff to virtually check in on the kids they are used to interacting with every day.

There are so many benefits to reading and hearing books read aloud, and some families might not have a lot of children's books readily available, and with libraries temporarily closing this is a great way to keep kids engaged with books and learning.
