Suspect in Owatonna Murder Investigation Identified
Owatonna, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Owatonna Police Department today identified a suspect for the murder of a young woman earlier this week.

The Elysian woman was found dead under an I-35 overpass in Owatonna Monday night. Owatonna police initially described her death as suspicious but later ruled it a homicide and stated Schnoor's death was caused by a single gunshot wound in what was believed to be a targeted attack.
Horner is described as white, 6 foot 3, 215 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, hands, and legs.
If anyone has information about his whereabouts or previous location, or a description of the vehicle he is using, they are asked to call the Owatonna Police Department at 507-444-3800.
