Owatonna, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Owatonna Police Department today identified a suspect for the murder of a young woman earlier this week.

A statement issued Friday afternoon says investigators are seeking the public's assistance in locating 38-year-old Jason Lee Horner. He is wanted in connection with the shooting death of 25-year-old Sabrina Lee Schnoor.

The Elysian woman was found dead under an I-35 overpass in Owatonna Monday night. Owatonna police initially described her death as suspicious but later ruled it a homicide and stated Schnoor's death was caused by a single gunshot wound in what was believed to be a targeted attack.

Horner is described as white, 6 foot 3, 215 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, hands, and legs.
