WHY DO YOU DREAD TODAY?
So many of us dread going to work on Monday morning, especially after we feel we've "lived" all weekend, and now it's back to the grind. How do you change that feeling? Monday's should be a day we all look forward to. It's a day of new beginnings...It's a day that we have been given...one more day to do something nice for someone...to restart our goals...to dream big.
What are you doing to live your best life?
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisifed, is to do GREAT WORK... and the only way to do GREAT WORK, is to LOVE WHAT YOU DO... YOU 'ARE' WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT
Remember....You ARE what you think about. So start this Monday knowing that you are worthy of your dreams... Take a deep breath and give yourself credit. Smile. Throw away the negative habitual thoughts. Don't react negatively when someone asks, "How are you?' Instead, think positive...and be positive. Smiling at someone...offering to do something nice for someone today and everyday. Feel good about yourself and the life you're living.
HAVE YOU FOUND YOUR "AVATAR?"
Make a list of things you want to accomplish today, tomorrow, this week, this month, the next three months, six, and a year. Then make a poster of your biggest dreams. Dig deep. If you haven't seen the movie Avatar, watch it...and realize what it's about. You are in your AVATAR right now. Use it to explore...learn...try new things... and smile for the gift you've been given.
