A man in Bloomington, Minnesota is facing jail time for feeding the birds. Yep. That's right. He placed bird feeders in his backyard which attracted squirrels and his neighbors called the police. Now the City of Bloomington is trying to prosecute him for the misdemeanor offense of feeding birds. He faces 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine. Really, Bloomington? You have NO CRIME to fight and have to go after this man for feeding birds? Who's the animal here?
