I have been hearing a lot about "Paczki" (pronounced poonch-key) and my curiosity got the best of me. I found a table of different flavors at the Coborn's location in Sauk Rapids, there were lemon filled, raspberry filled, apple filled, and of course the chocolate custard filled ones in the video.

Pazcki are a special kind of Polish donut made to celebrate Fat Thursday and Fat Tuesday, the last Thursday and Tuesday before Lent starts. They are filled to the brim with super sweet filling and weight in at around 620 calories a piece! They are made to indulge in before 40 days of fasting starts on the Catholic calendar, and in some communities people line up around city blocks for them. Check out my review and learn a little bit more about them in the video above!
