If you’re looking for a Valentine’s celebration that feels personal, romantic, and just a little bit magical, Little Falls musician Michael Shynes has exactly what you need.

Michael’s annual Valentine’s show is a favorite tradition for couples across Central Minnesota, and this year it’s getting a beautiful new home. The 2026 Valentine’s performance is moving to Iron Street Distillery, where you'll enjoy crafty cocktails with an elegant plated dinner and live music from Michael and his friends, for one unforgettable night.

THE LOCATION

Michael says he chose Iron Street Distillery because it’s a gorgeous space that deserves more love from the community. Even better for guests: they have their own parking lot, handle their own ticketing (so no extra fees), and are teaming up with Custom Catering to create a full dining experience.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

The evening opens with elegant table service featuring infused and iced water carafes, warm rosemary focaccia with rosemary garlic butter, and a composed pear and feta salad with spring greens, caramelized pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette.

For dinner, guests will choose one of three chef-curated entrées:

  • Statler-cut chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, and fontina, finished with rosemary cream sauce (gluten-free)
  • Hickory-smoked BBQ beef brisket with pomegranate blueberry BBQ glaze (gluten-free)
  • Vegan baked sweet potato with chickpea broccoli pesto (gluten-free, dairy-free)

Each entrée is served with whipped garlic mashed potatoes and house-seasoned green beans with roasted red peppers.

A SWEET DESSERT WITH YOUR SWEETHEART

Dessert wraps up the dining portion with an indulgent cheesecake experience, featuring assorted slices with fresh berries and curated toppings.

THE PERFORMANCE

Live music begins at 7:00 p.m., featuring Michael Shynes along with a talented band:

Tommy Vee (upright bass)

Isaac Levy (guitar)

Kurt Durrwachter (keys)

The result is an intimate concert atmosphere designed to be the soundtrack to your Valentine’s evening.
