Let's be honest - WHO has this kind of dough in Minnesota?  That is, someone who has this kind of money and actually wants to live in Minnesota?  These types of houses usually are shown on the coasts.  This one looks like it should be in the Hamptons, not on Lake Minnetonka here in Minnesota.

Also, not to be all ungrateful sounding, but if I'm spending that kind of money on a house, I would like the road and sidewalk kept up better than this one is.  That may be too much to ask, it does look like there is some construction being done on the road, however.  It is not clear if that is building another house nearby, or if it is actual road construction.

This house, with a listing with Coldwell Banker agent Jeffrey Dewing, is pretty amazing.

This house, or mansion, is gorgeous!  It has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, almost 10 thousand square feet of living space, the lot is almost an acre.  AND it has beautiful lake views.  In a word it's WOW!

Bonus area with lounge, wine bar and home theater. Additional amenities: indoor sport court; exercise room; and incredible outdoor entertaining area with pool, cabana, bar area and built-in firepit! .81 acre setting meticulously landscaped to maximize privacy while enjoying all the features lake life has to offer! Just blocks to the Cottagewood store, parks and tennis courts.

With all of that, you basically never need to leave the house.  It literally has everything you need right there.

It even has a ton of lakeshore AND a private beach!  If you just want the view of the beach, and you don't actually want to go in the lake, there is a very nice pool area on the property too.  Your choice!
