How Long Did Your Valentine’s Chocolate Last? [PICTURES]

These two beautiful boys are often referred to as my "Babies".  Sorry boys....You'll always be Mama's boys.  So this year, since the boys are getting a little older, I made a trip to the store to buy  various kinds of chocolates and strawberries.  I thought I would go the extra mile and make  homemade chocolate covered strawberries!

Much to my surprise, both boys were rather bummed by my news.  They both said they would rather have the "traditional" box of chocolates.   Fruit?   Are you kidding?  Not as a Valentine Gift in their book.  So...The Strawberries went back on the shelf and off to the candy section I went.  What do I get?  Bix boxes, medium size boxes, little boxes...Several boxes? One big box...They were happy with their own individual medium size boxes of delicious chocolate delights.  I can't say I blame them.

How long does a box of Valentines' Chocolates last most people?  I hope you're going to say at least 24 hours!  Not at my house.  This box was half way devoured by the next morning.

My extra special surprise was a tube of Hershey's Kisses.  Look at the smile it put on this boys face.  Yes....A tube of kisses can act as a light saber, or weapon of some sort...I'm assuming.  Successful Valentine's Day...2014.  CHECK!  :-)
