Gas Prices Falling, But Oil Prices Rising Again
UNDATED -- Gas prices in Minnesota have fallen 0.5 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.82. Prices in Minnesota are 9.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
The national average price for gas has fallen 3.8 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.06. The national average is down 21.1 cents from a month ago.

Gas Buddy says we've now seen the national average for gas decline every week in the last month. However, they say the downturn could slow or even reverse if the rally in oil prices continues. A barrel of crude oil is now $14 higher than it was last week, as the European Union weighs placing harsher sanctions on Russia.
