Kwik Trip unveiled another new food item yesterday afternoon, and fans of the convenience store's mini-tacos should be happy. Kwik Trip announced they are bringing spicy mini-tacos for people to enjoy, which look pretty good.

The caliente mini-tacos will be found alongside the normal, non-spicy, beef mini-tacos on the hot items rack.

This is the second new food item that Kwik Trip has rolled out in recent weeks. Last week Kwik Trip "Shocked the World" with their release of blueberry glazer doughnut potato chips.

In fact, a friend of ours tried it and really liked what they had, you can read about that here.

While I haven't had the spicy mini-tacos yet, it is one of those hot items that I regularly will grab on the weekend if we are running errands or are heading out to see some friends in the Twin Cities.

If you decide to try the spicy mini-tacos you are going to have to work a little to burn those calories off. A website, NutritionIX.com says a serving of the spicy tacos is 410 calories.

How long would it take to burn off 410 KCal?

Walking (3mph)110 minutes
Running (6mph)39 minutes
Bicycling (10mph)57 minutes
Values are estimated based on a person weighing 140 lbs.
What is your favorite hot item go-to on road trips? If there aren't mini-tacos on the rack, I'll gladly grab a cheeseburger for the road.
