A Taste of the Crescent City In The Twin Cities

Chef Emeril Lagasse and his son E.J. will cook up some New Orleans flavor July 17 & 18 at Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis.

The event, which will have limited reservation space available and is already SOLD OUT according to the restaurant's website, is part of the Synergy Series. The event is being billed as a "conversation about their professional journeys and family life in and out of restaurants. This event is a rare opportunity to hear directly from leading culinary and business minds in the hospitality profession today."

The cost to attend the conversation, which is going to be at the beautiful American Swedish Institute, is just $11 and will go to Second Harvest Heartland. (Ticket information here)

Emeril's Minnesota Connection

While Emeril is known for his New Orleans Style, he does have a connection to Minnesota. That connection is actually with the chef behind Spoon and Stable, Gavin Kaysen. Kaysen has known Emeril for the last 15 years, and said what an opportunity this was to welcome Emeril and his son E.J. to Minneapolis in Eater Twin Cities.
