DID YOU EVER ASK THE QUESTION: WHO CREATED CRIBBAGE?
The creator of Cribbage was Sir John Suckling. Sir John was a gambler, a gamester, and an English poet. Cribbage was derived from a game called "Noddy."
Originally, the five card game was played where only one card was discarded to the crib by each player. These days, the 6 card game is more popular with each player being able to discard two cards to the crib.
