Awesome “Date Night” That Won’t Break the Bank in Minneapolis [PHOTOS]

This was exactly what we were looking for!  Fine dining that wouldn't break the bank!  Our dear friends Howard and Marie told us about Cafe Lurcat in Minneapolis and how "Date Night" was something we had to experience.

Here's how it works.  You each get a 3-course meal with a bottle of house red / white wine or champagne (your choice).  Starters include; Steak Tartare with Sun-dried Tomatoes or Apple, Cheese and Chive Salad (4 choices on the menu).  Entrees include; Pot Roast with Red Wine and Potato Puree or Day Boat Sea Scallops with Lemon -Chive Risotto, Crispy Prosciutto and Root Veggies (4 choices on the menu).  Dessert's include; Triple Chocolate Cream Cake with Hot Chocolate Sauce and Warm Cinnamon-Sugar Doughnuts (3 choices on the menu).  Click Here for the complete menu options.

To say the experience was amazing is an understatement.  The total cost for "Date Night" for the both of us was $50.00.  Where else are you going to go and get a 3-course meal and bottle of wine / champagne at that price?  The decor and service were second to none. I highly recommend giving this a try and may I recommend trying the "Pot Roast", its heavenly.  **Keep in mind this promotion is only on Sunday nights.
