100-Mile-Long Garage Sale Happening in Minnesota May 7-9th

Garage sale season is just around the corner, why not kick it off by hunting for deals at one of the longest garage sales in the state?

The 100 Mile Garage Sale is returning to the Lake City area May 7th-9th 2021. After being cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns, it's nice to see this event coming back.

Since 1980 Mississippi Valley Partners has conducted the annual event 100 Mile Garage Sale. Please join us again this year! Lake Pepin historic river towns and two states clean out their attics, garages and basements to create the most spectacular garage sale around!

If you are a bargain hunter, this is the place to be. Garage sales take place all along the river road between Minnesota and Wisconsin, and shoppers can start anywhere they wish on the route. The event spans through all the towns around Lake Pepin from Hastings to Winona, so you won't have to look too hard to find a seller.

I love a good garage sale. You never know what you will find and it's always an adventure. One of my best garage sale finds happened up in the Battle Lake/Ottertail area. My family made a last minute decision to hit up a sale on a back gravel road, and we ended up getting a Louis Vuitton handbag, a Christmas tree, a suitcase, a spear, and so much more for exactly $22. It was awesome.
