WHAT IS ADULT FOSTER CARE

As an adult foster care provider, you would provide care, supervision, companionship and opportunities in a home like setting for men and women 18 years of age or older, who are unable to live alone but want to live in a family setting.  They may attend school, day or work programs.  They may have emotional, physical, developmental, or mental health needs.

HOW DO I BECOME INVOLVED IN PROVIDING ADULT FOSTER CARE

If you would like to become a foster care giver, you must be at least of the age of 18, live in Bention County, and make enough income to meet your own needs.  You must be willing to participate in regular training, and applicants must meet licensing requirements.
