It's hard to believe that it's almost time for Tri County Humane Society's Woofstock Companion Walk for Animals, but the walk will be happening before we know it. Why do we need to discuss this now? Because we want this walk to be a huge success and registration is closing soon. TCHS has two big fundraisers each year, and this is one of them.

The Woofstock Companion Walk for Animals is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, from 10 am to approximately 2 pm at Wilson Park in St. Cloud.

WOOFSTOCK COMPANION WALK FOR ANIMALS

I'm hoping you will clear that date on your calendar. Now is the time to get registered for the walk so you can do your part in fundraising in support of all the animals who come through the doors of TCHS, preparing to find their forever homes.

Some of the fun activities that you will find at this year's Woofstock include:

  • A bouncy house
  • Live music
  • Vendors
  • Exhibitors
  • Doggie Demonstrations

Of course, there will be a pet-friendly walk and food to enjoy.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS COMING UP

You must be registered for this year's Woofstock Companion Walk for Animals by August 25th to get the exclusive Woofstock T-shirt. There are many people who have collected these shirts throughout the years, so it's time for you to start your very own collection if you've never walked in Woofstock before.

Registration is just $35 and you'll receive the T-shirt, a TCHS water bottle sticker, and $10 in tickets to the foodstand! Yum!

PRIZES AND FUN!

The top three fundraisers will each receive a prize, and anyone who raises over $300 will be entered into a drawing to receive a grand prize.

WAYS TO FUNDRAISE

Raising money can be simple. You can do it through a Facebook Fundraising page or a GiveMN.org Fundraising Page. Make sure that you include the word 'WOOFSTOCK' somewhere in your title.

If you prefer to fundraise the old-fashioned way, you can print the Woofstock Companion Pledge Form and ask people in person, and then bring your donations with you to the walk on Saturday, September 13th.

Registration is not required to fundraise for TCHS or to participate in the walk. Registration is just if you want to receive the T-shirt.

BRING THE KIDS

There will be lots of fun activities for the kids, including a bouncy house, costume contests for pets and their people, and your pets are welcome to come, but absolutely not required.

I hope that you will speak on behalf of animals in need. They can't ask for help. We must do what we can. Thank you in advance! See you at the walk!
