Skaalvenn Distillery in Brooklyn Park has announced a new spirit true to Minnesota's Skandinavian heritage -- Lutefisk Vodka.

"1,000 years of tradition...in a bottle," is how they're branding it.

A video posted to social media earlier this week shows off the bottle and its "silky" and "decadent" contents.
