Want to Compete in Paisley Park’s ‘Battle of the Bands’?

This might be your chance to jump in a big spotlight just the way Prince envisioned how music should be. It's taking place at Paisley Park starting August 31st.

The event is called "Musicology", a unique live performance event will highlight “Real Music by Real Musicians” – an ethos Prince consistently championed through his life, creative works and incendiary live performances.

Entries take place via video submissions to the Paisley Park Facebook page through July 30th, 2017. Selected performers will play on the legendary Soundstage, where Prince performed legendary concerts and videos, competing for a unique Artist Development award package, consisting of studio recording time at Paisley Park, a mentorship session with members of Prince’s supergroup New Power Generation, and additional career development opportunities.

If you're not a band, you can attend the MUSICOLOGY – Summer 2017 event as well. Tickets are now available while supply lasts at the Paisley Park website. Single day passes are available for $100. Each daily ticket will include a Special Paisley Park Museum Tour and access to the evening concert between 7-10pm, followed by a dance party in the Soundstage.
