THE 8FIT APP WAS QUITE A SURPRISE

Over the weekend, I happened to run across a fantastic app that shows me a great way to exercise at home and get it done. What I love about it, is it gives me a list of exercises, and shows me how to do each one. It sets you up on a timer, and asks you to do a short workout routine before you start, to determine your actual fitness level.

After this brief test, it sets you up to exercise for a certain amount of time. It lets you choose your style of music to work out to, and it gives you just what you need to stay on track.
