Thank You Central Minnesota For Everything

It's with a very heavy heart that I announce I will be leaving the airwaves here at Mix 94.9 KMXK. I've had the pleasure of waking you up weekday mornings for the past five years and seven months. It's been an honor and a privilege to work with the amazing team at Townsquare Media-St. Cloud. They welcomed me with open arms back on January 10th 2012, and I've enjoyed every minute of my time here in central Minnesota. From hosting the Get Up & Go Show with my dear friend Kelly Cordes to volunteering on several area boards and committees.

My family and I will never be able to repay the kindness, love, and support you've all shown us over the years. As I shared with a lot of you already, leaving is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make both personally and professionally. We've become so attached to the area, and really worked hard to give back wherever and whenever possible. There's no better place to call home in my opinion.

Thank you to Brandl Motors, Ms. Melinda's Dance Studio, Blue Line, Sun Country, and Zerorez for allowing me the honor of endorsing your brands. Thank you to businesses like Fairview Gardens, Spa-Nala, Skin Fusion, Massage Therapie, Styles Plus Salon and Spa, and the Cold Spring Bakery for hosting so many live Get Up & Go Shows over the years. **we've done hundreds of shows live on location over the years!

Thank you to city of Sartell, Tri-County Humane Society, MN Department of Education, and MN Department of Health for allowing me the honor of serving. I'm a big believer in giving back to the communities you live, work, and play in.

Thank you to David Engberg for making one of the best decisions in his career, and bringing me here in the first place (wink). Without his support, friendship, and guidance, none of this would've been possible in the first place. He's been an incredible leader and mentor over the years. Nobody will ever really know how hard this man works day in and day out to make this cluster a success.

Thank you to my amazing co-workers. I don't know how to thank each and every single one of you enough. Your dedication to this cluster and community inspire me. I love you all.

My last day on the Get Up & Go Show will be Friday, August 4th and my last appearance will be at the Benton County Fair talent show on Saturday, August 5th. I'm heading to Des Moines, Iowa to work with Cumulus Media (Tracy's hometown).
