It's hard to believe that only a few short months ago, NBC comedies 'Whitney' and 'Community' were both banished to the Friday night wasteland, presumably to burn off their final seasons. Then, NBC stepped in to rescue both by delaying their returns in favor of greater promotional pushes, but to date only 'Whitney' has seen the light of day. Now NBC seems to be placing additional faith in 'Whitney

I still can't believe we lost this icon so soon. Whitney Houston would have celebrated her 49th Birthday today.

Mommy-to-be Adele's 21 was the only album to sell at least a million copies over the past six months, "21" was also one of the two albums to sell over a million copies in the first half of last year.

I can't tell you how excited I was to watch the VH1 special "40 Greatest R&B Songs of the 90's." The late 80's / early 90's were such an important part of my childhood and the music provided a soundtrack for some of my fondest memories.
