Up North

"Up North." We refer to it all the time, but where does it actually begin?

On January 8, 2021 Voyageurs National Park celebrated 50 years since being approved by legislation.

Heading "up north" is a phrase you hear a lot in Minnesota, but where exactly is "up north", and how do you know when you have reached it?

I continued my quest this past weekend to find another great place to include in my "Day-Cation" series. My family and I love the Brainerd Lakes Area and decided to take a trip north to visit Paul Bunyan Land.

My family and I spent the weekend at the Three Bear Waterpark at the Brainerd/Baxter Holiday Inn Express. What a great weekend!
