Tom Bearson Foundation

A foundation honoring the legacy of a Sartell native brought its time to a close with the completion of a major project this weekend.

The Tom Bearson Foundation has a big event coming up this Friday. The 2nd Annual "Tommy B. - Hoopin' In Heaven" night is at Sartell High School.

A fundraiser for the Tom Bearson Foundation will be held on Saturday. The 2nd annual charity golf outing is at Blackberry Ridge in Sartell. Greg Bearson says the biggest project they've done so far is an $85,000 renovation of the school gym at St. Francis Xavier in Sartell.

It was an uplifting day at Blackberry Ridge golf club in Sartell as over 300 people took part in the first-ever golf outing to benefit the Tom Bearson Foundation.

Greg Bearson (Tom Bearson's father) was kind enough to call the Get Up & Go Show yesterday morning (5/27) to give us an update on the Tom Bearson Foundation.
