
Starkist Class Action Settlement Get $25 in Cash Or $50 in Tuna
There was a class-action lawsuit filed against StarKist Tuna claiming they were intentionally under-filling their cans by a few tenths of an ounce. And the company just settled the lawsuit, even though they didn't officially admit to anything.
If you bought at least one five-ounce can of StarKist tuna between February 19th, 2009 and October 31st 2014, you're eligible for $25 refund or $50 in Starkist product. Even if you don't have any receipts to prove you bought the tuna.
