My wife loves St. Paul.

If we had a choice and opportunity to live in either St. Paul or Minneapolis, she'd pick St. Paul, specifically the Cathedral Hill area.

She'd pick well.

St. Paul recently made WalletHub's list of 20 Happiest Cities coming in at 19th. Minneapolis ranked 26th.

Of course, any number of criteria go into rankings and lists like this one, and determining factors in America's happiest cities included emotional and physical well-being, income and employment, community and environment.
