St. Cloud Mayor Names New City Finance Director

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis has promoted a longtime city employee to become the next city Finance Director.

Ruth Wipper will take over her new role in a couple of weeks.  Wipper has been a city employee for 28 years, starting as a computer programmer.

Wipper is taking over for John Norman who is retiring.  Norman has been with the city for almost 25 years.  He says, "it's been an honor to serve the citizens of St. Cloud for almost 25 years."
