Spin Out Causes Highway 55 Collision

ROCKFORD -- Slippery roads Wednesday morning led to a spinout and crash on Highway 55 in Wright County. The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 34-year-old Samuel Nord of Buffalo was heading east on Highway 55 in Rockford when his vehicle spun out and hit a westbound car.

Nord was taken to Buffalo Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other car, 31-year-old Robert Kanawyer of Buffalo was not hurt.
