Slick roads, flight delays, banged up fenders and banged up elbows are just a few things to blame on Old Man Winter, but there's something else to be pinned on that old coot. MICE! EW! On When Animals Attack, pest control experts say that our cold weather is to blame for recent mice infestations in our area. Apparently, our wet fall created an abundance of food and those furry little rodents burrowed into our houses through cracks in the foundation and reproduced. The way to get rid of them is to bait traps with peanut butter and line the walls of your house. Icky.

President Obama gave a very stirring speech last night trying to unite the nation following the Tragedy in Tuscon. He also visited injured Congesswoman Gabrielle Giffords and announced that after he left the hospital, she opened her eyes. Giffords' intern, Daniel Hernandez, who is credited with saving her life also spoke at the memorial. See the full recap and review here.
