Monday night I was roped into one of those school functions that most guys dread- The high school choir concert. My son Aidan, is in the Varsity Choir and for the first time since he's been in choir he asked me to come (partly because he was playing the cajon in a couple of the performances). Needless to say I was quite proud of him and his rhythmic beatings.

By the end of the concert I was actually glad I came, mostly because of Aidan's performance, as he is a budding musician and it's always great to see your kid perform well in that setting. Over all the concert was excellent, but I was kind of expecting that, as I have heard from MANY sources that Sartell High has an excellent music program, with a ton of talented kids.

They proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt as the La Vox choir took the stage and cranked out Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance'- complete with choreography! You can see the other performances here. (Be sure to check out the lunch-line 'Flash Mob' video they just did yesterday.) The performance is below- Make sure you share this with your friends on Facebook, as I'm pretty sure this is going to go nationwide viral in the next few days!
