What Were These Strange Lights Spotted Above This Minnesota Town?
There are so many mysteries in life that we have found the answers to, for example, we learned that the Earth revolves around the sun, and that gravity is what keeps our feet on the ground. But just as there are answers to many of life's questions, there are just as many unanswered questions, like what were these lights that were spotted above this Minnesota town back in August?
Strange Lights Over Ramsey, MN
A Reddit post from nearly two weeks ago is seeking answers to what was photographed in the night sky above Ramsey, MN.
As you can see in the photo above (no photo? Here is the link) there are three lights that form a triangle. The original poster stated that:
Wife and I spotted these in Ramsey about 20 minutes ago.
Random lights, I figured maybe drones but there were way too many, that would triangulate and then slowly fly away from each other. More kept popping up in the distance, came closer, then faded out. They seemed to have flashing lights - yellow or green on the left side, red on the right. Every so often one would get really bright, usually one single color, then slowly fade out, moving the entire time. We must have seen between 20-30 in about a ten minute span.
I've never seen anything like it, but my wife had seen this exact thing a few years back before we met. Has anyone else seen this?? Any idea what it is?
Planes Diverted To Another Runway Or Aliens?
Many people commenting on the post were quick to point out that MSP was doing some runway work, leading to more planes flying north to access the North/South runways at the airport.
Or it might be something else altogether. We are learning new things about space all the time, including the meteor that was recently discovered, which has been widely speculated on, namely, what it is made of.

MUFON Shows 5 Reports In August
According to the Mutual UFO Network, there were 5 reports of unidentified flying objects in August, none of which were reported to be from the Ramsey area.
