Prevention Magazine understands that most people aren't as energetic as we should be and between work, family, a house, kids, pets, etc, we don't have time to work out at the gym. Here are a few health tips for the lazy.

1. Five Servings of Fruits and Veggies is Fine - According to the brainiacs at Harvard, five servings is enough to keep your weight in check and reduce the risk of stroke by nearly a third.

2. Don't Worry About 8 Glasses of Water - Coffee is mostly water and you get one fifth of your liquid intake from the food you eat, but be careful. If you consume high amounts of caffeine, you may want to drink a few extra glasses of water because caffeine leeches water from your body.

3. 17 Minutes of Cardio is Fine - 30 minutes of exercise a day, five days a week is the gold standard, but studies have shown that breaking it up in to smaller segments is just as good, so taking a brisk walk on your coffee break or after lunch or running around a little bit with the kids after dinner counts!

4. Wash Your Hands for 10 Seconds - The University of North Carolina says 10 seconds is enough to kill most of the germs on your hands and how often you wash your hands is more important than how thoroughly you wash them.
