Happy St. Patrick's Day! It was all about the Irish today plus St. Patrick's Day trivia and Chanda from Fairview Gardens was in!

St. Patrick's Day is held on March 17 to commemorate the death of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. Historical records show that St. Patrick died on March 17, 493 A.D. Blue used to be associated with St. Patrick's Day, but it was changed to green because St. Patrick used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity to children and the largest St. Patrick's Day parade in the U.S. is held in New York City. More than 1.5 million people participate in the parade and it lasts for FIVE HOURS!
