This is the first raw footage released of the tsunami. Shot by either the bravest or dumbest news crew ever. It was filmed in Kesennuma, a city of 74,000 inhabitants. Truly breathtaking. Watch as the water rises closer and closer to the film crew and as boats wash by with trucks and cars.
