A CNN reporter doing a live report on the protests and riots in Brooklyn Center was confronted by a Minnesota protestor who accused her and the rest of the media of making things worse.

During live coverage of protests in Brooklyn Center earlier this week following the shooting of 20-year old Daunte Wright, CNN's Sara Sidner was confronted by a protestor. While describing the scene around her, a man walked into the scene and interrupted her. "Now as ya'll can see you're twisting up the story and s*** that ya'll doing," he said, waving his hand to cut her off." Sidner asks the man his name.

"What's my name? My name's my name," he replies belligerently, crossing his arms.

"So tell me what you think about what's going on," she prompts.

"What I think about this? All the press and all the extra s*** ya'll do...makes this worse," he points towards the protestors, police and fireworks exploding behind them both.

"You think so?" Sidner asks him.

"Yes. When people wanna protest, they shouldn't do it in front of the f***ing police...courthouse, s*** like that. You get what the f*** I'm saying?"

"I want you to be careful," Sidner replies.

"Of what?" the man asks.

"Of anything that can hit you. Of this."

"Do I look scared," he asks.

"No, you don't..."

"Exactly. Ya'll need to get out of here and quit twisting up the media and s***."

Sidner tries to question the man to learn more, but he refuses to answer her questions, accusing the media of "editing out" what they do and don't want show. When she tells him she's with CNN, he tells her to go all the way up to the front line and cover what's happening there.

"We are going up there."
