The study also found that you're more likely to be a healthy person and live a longer life as well. A good night's rest is enough to put anyone in a good mood!
In 1997, there was a study done that suggested Minnesota women, particularly in central Minnesota, had the highest life expectancy in the world. Overall, the life expectancy for men and women in Minnesota is the second highest in the United States behind Hawaii.
