Miles Teller Spotted Hanging Out In Minnesota Over The Weekend

If reports from a Facebook group are true, Rooster from Top Gun Maverick was vacationing in Minnesota's Brainerd Lakes Area over the weekend!

Late Friday evening, a photo of Miles Teller, or "Rooster" from Top Gun Maverick (as well as Andrew from Whiplash, Reed Richards from Fantastic Four, etc.), popped up online within the Facebook group 'Minnesota Memes' with the caption "Look who’s in Brainerd this weekend!" The heavily-cropped photo shows someone that looks an awful lot like Teller in a busy crowd in the bar area at Zorbaz on Gull Lake, just north of Brainerd in Nisswa. Teller (or the spot-on look-alike) is also wearing a Long Drink hat, which is an alcoholic beverage that Teller, Kygo, and golfer Rickie Fowler endorse. 

Unfortunately, all of these photos are private to the Facebook group, but I can promise you they do exist!

As the comments section lit up over the weekend, another photo of Teller (in the same hat and shirt) popped up. This photo showed him posing with a couple of employees at nearby Grand View Lodge, not far down the Gull Lake shoreline from Zorbaz.

One more piece of evidence of Teller's visit to the Brainerd area included a post of a photo with Teller and another guest staying at Grand View Lodge. Leah, the person who shared the photo to the thread, shared a bit of a story. Leah said she was playing shuffleboard at the resort with a group, noticing someone that looked just like Teller playing shuffleboard next to them. Leah explained that it turned out it was him, getting the chance to say hi and grab a photo.

While we don't have any accounts or photos, it also wouldn't surprise me if Teller hit one of the nearby golf courses. He has been known to do some golfing, including last year's American Century Championship (as seen below). The Brainerd area has some of the best courses in the state, including Madden's - one of the highest-rated public courses in the country.

Whether it was just a vacation or a sly promotional opportunity for the drink brand he's involved with, it looks like Miles Teller is the latest celebrity to spend some time in Minnesota, not long after visits from James Cameron, LeBron James, and Lady Gaga.
