This guy's wife surprised him with tickets to the Rose Bowl, and he started balling, because its been his lifelong dream to go. He also happens to be a big Pen State fan! Then their head coach saw the video and called him on the phone over the weekend and said he's sending him a bunch of Penn State swag. She might just win the award for wife of the year!
