OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

All federal, state and local regulations apply.

1. DATES.

a. These rules govern the Live in the Vineyard (“LITV”) Giveaway (the “Promotion”) being conducted by ______ (“Station”) beginning October 1, 2018 and ending October 17, 2018.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a. The Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older as of 10/1/2018. Employees of the Station, the Station’s licensee, Townsquare Media, Inc., subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their advertising or promotional agencies, and participating sponsors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), other radio stations in the ________ metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” members include spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, siblings and step-siblings. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

b. Proof of age, identity and eligibility must be furnished to Station upon request. All entry information must be complete and accurate. The Station will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry.

c. Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. The Station will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. HOW TO ENTER

YOU CAN ONLY ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES BY ONLINE ENTRY.

Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

All entries and requests become the property of Live In The Vineyard and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Multiple entries submitted by a single person during any particular entry period using the same e-mail address are void.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.

“Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

You may enter the Contest on the participating radio station’s website, selecting the tab for this contest, and entering the information required. You may also enter by using the participating radio station’s mobile app. By entering this contest you agree to be bound by the Contest Official Rules. All entries, as well as all copyrights thereto, will become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected entries. Your entry must be submitted within the Entry Period (set forth in Section 6) or it will be deemed void. Sponsor reserves the right to deem void and disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice. The personal information that you submit will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor may use the information you submit to offer you information on other offers or products or services. ONLINE ENTRIES. The winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service, mobile app or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest, or for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. If this Contest or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the Contest, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law

4. PRIZE(S)

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of

(a) Round-trip air transportation on Southwest Airlines for two to Oakland, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Sacramento, CA (the “Destination”) from the closest major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; if winner resides within 300 miles of the Destination where flights are not an option, the winner will be responsible for transportation to the event and prize pack taxation will be adjusted accordingly;

(b) Three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations at the Napa River Inn (one double occupancy room and room tax only) for winners considered “East Coast”, and two nights (2) nights of Luxury hotel accommodations for residents considered “West Coast” by LITV.

(c) Two (2) exclusive tickets for multiple private acoustic concerts throughout the event which, as of the posting of these Official Rules prior to the start of the Entry Period is expected to include 12+ artists in Napa Valley, CA on November 2nd, 3rd and 4th, 2018;

(d) Two (2) passes to Sutter Home Winery Event. Live In the Vineyard will provide shuttle transportation to some ground events in Napa but ground transportation may be subject to change at any point prior to or during the event without penalty.

(e) TOTAL Approximate Retail Trip Value (ARV) = $3,000. $2,200 WITHOUT FLIGHTS

Air Travel Restrictions: Air travel is subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. Round trip travel for two (2) on Southwest Airlines will be awarded in the form of four (4) Southwest flight e-passes. Each Southwest flight e-pass is valid for one-way travel on Southwest Airlines-operated, published, scheduled service in the United States and Puerto Rico. The Southwest flight e-pass will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. The Southwest flight e-pass is not valid on interline or codeshare service. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The Southwest flight e-pass will not be replaced for any reason, including, without limitation, if lost, stolen, or fraudulently used. The Southwest flight e-pass is non-transferrable and cannot be sold to a third party. Sale, auction, or re-tendering of the Southwest flight e-pass for money or otherwise is strictly prohibited. The Southwest flight e-pass may not be used for promotional purposes unless previously approved by Southwest Airlines. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, abuse or violation of the Southwest flight e-pass rules and regulations may result in cancellation of the Southwest flight e-pass(es). Southwest flight e-pass holders are required to be nineteen (19) years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident. However, the recipient of a Southwest flight e-pass may arrange travel for another person if done without selling or bartering a Southwest flight e-pass. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines is subject to Southwest Airlines’ Passenger Contract of Carriage set out at www.southwest.com/contractofcarriage. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. Winner is responsible for booking all travel and paying all applicable international taxes and fees. Travel is based on seat availability. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner and guest must have valid government-issued photo identification at the time of travel. If the travel guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian.

Live In The Vineyard, LLC reserves the right to amend, change, add or delete any artists, events, sponsors, or schedules at anytime without prior notice or penalty during the Entry Period and also before or during the actual event production period.

All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, additional hotel amenities, additional hotel nights, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner and traveling companion.

Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Airport transfers, ground transportation, airport baggage fees and additional airline or transport fees are not included in prize award.

Trip dates cannot be extended or changed for any reason.

Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. Dates, participating artists, and location of Events are subject to change and are not the responsibility of Sponsor. If the Event is cancelled, Sponsor’s only obligation is to award the other elements of the prize.

If selected, and the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified — scheduled for November 2nd-4th — the selected Grand Prize winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected from among eligible entries received.

No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the advertised prize becomes unavailable. In no event shall more than the number of stated prizes be awarded.

All prizes will be awarded. Any un-used elements of the Grand Prize will be forfeited, will not be redeemable for cash and may not reduce the prize value awarded for tax purposes. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. If you win a prize valued at more than $600, you will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of your prize. Retail value of this package is $3,000. Live In The Vineyard, LLC will be serving a 1099 at the end of the year.

SPECIAL PUBLICITY NOTICE.

By entering this sweepstakes you grant to Sponsor your express permission (except where prohibited by law) to use your original submission on the radio or television and website and in social media and promotional announcements for entertainment purposes (without identifying you by full name), without further compensation.

Also, by entering this sweepstakes, if you are selected as a finalist or a winner, you grant to Sponsor your express permission(except where prohibited by law) to use your name, identity, description of prize won, hometown and likeness, if applicable, for additional promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including on the radio, television, cable, print, Website and social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc) , and including for “live notification” of potential winner status purposes, without further compensation. Even though you consent to all of the above, Sponsor has no obligation to do any of it. See more details at “Winner / Selection / Agreements” below.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

This sweepstakes is being advertised on the radio stations nationally, and through various Live In The Vineyard, LLC partner related sites, and other marketing outlets from participating sponsors which may be amended or updated and changed at any time during the contest without prior notice or announcement.

Additional sweepstakes may be created with additional outlets during the time of this contest without affecting this sweepstakes in any way.

Stations may be amended at any time during this contest, and additional locations may be amended at any time during this contest. Live In The Vineyard, LLC reserves the right to amend, change, add or delete any artists, events, or schedules at anytime without prior notice or penalty during this contest period and also before or during the actual event production period. Winner / Selection / Agreements. The winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held on or about October 19th, 2018 following the close of the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received under the supervision of an independent panel of judges from Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent, and winner and its guest will be required to sign a release, to allow Sponsor and its promotional agents to use winner’s and winner’s guest’s name, likeness, photo, video footage, and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, in perpetuity, in all media, now known or hereafter developed, in connection with Sponsor, this sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s web sites, affiliated web sites and marketing vehicles and the Event. Winner and winner’s guest(s) will be required to sign on-line waiver to Sponsor Affidavits of Eligibility, Publicity & Liability Release for each of Sponsors and Live In The Vineyard, LLC (“Affidavits”) and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations), prior to and as a condition of acceptance of prize, within 72 hours of receipt of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Trip winner’s guest must also sign the online liability and publicity release prior to travel. Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed prize notification. If prize notification is undeliverable, or if winner cannot be contacted for any reason during the time Sponsor must reach winner, if the Affidavits are not complete and received by Sponsor within the time required, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries assuming enough time for booking. All travel companions must be at least 21 years old at time of travel.

Privacy Notice / Marketing: By entering this sweepstakes, any personal information you submit will be disclosed to the Sponsor and all related sponsors of this event, and will be used only by them consistent with their respective privacy policies. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities may use your personal information, including postal and e-mail addresses, to contact you regarding our goods and services and any other offers and/or promotions that we believe might interest you. Live In The Vineyard, LLC reserves the right to amend or change sponsor relationships or add additional sponsors to this list at any time during the contest period and event. General Caution / Release. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this drawing, or if technical difficulties or technical corruption (including a computer virus or system malfunction) compromise the integrity of the drawing, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at http://liveinthevineyard.com/. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this drawing is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor and its agents. Judges’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. You agree, on your own behalf, and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“RELEASING PARTIES”), hereby release, and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, those working on its behalf, and all other businesses involved in this sweepstakes, as well as each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, successors and assigns (“RELEASED PARTIES”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, including for injury and death, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against RELEASED PARTIES which any one or more of the RELEASING PARTIES ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, which may in any way arise out of or relate to your participation in this sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. Law / Dispute Resolution. This sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any action or litigation concerning this sweepstakes shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in New York, New York, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and you waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of New York. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Winners List. For the name of the winner, available after October 19th, 2018, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (except where prohibited) and a note identifying the name of this sweepstakes, but within 45 days of the above estimated drawing date to the Sponsor at the address set forth below, Attention: Promotions Department.

SPONSOR. The Sponsor of this promotion is Live In The Vineyard, LLC, 5674 Sawdust Loop, Parker, Colorado, 80134.

Winner / Selection / Agreements. The winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held on or about October 18, 2018, following the close of the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received under the supervision of an independent panel of judges from Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone and must then give a postal address, to be used for the purpose of sending an overnight package containing a notification of potential winner status and required documents. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent, and winner and its guest will be required to sign a release, to allow Sponsor and its promotional agents to use winner’s and winner’s guest’s name, likeness, photo, video footage, and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, in perpetuity, in all media, now known or hereafter developed, in connection with Sponsor, this sweepstakes, the Sponsor’s web sites, affiliated web sites and marketing vehicles and the Event. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Winners List. For the name of the winner, available after October 21st, 2016, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (except where prohibited) and a note identifying the name of this sweepstakes, but within 45 days of the above estimated drawing date to the Sponsor at the address set forth below, Attention: Promotions Department.

SPONSORS. The Sponsors of this promotion are Live In The Vineyard LLC, 5674 Sawdust Loop, Parker, Colorado, 80134.

a. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize. The prize is awarded as is, and the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the prize.

b. Certain travel restrictions may apply. For travel related prizes, winner’s guests must execute any requisite liability and publicity releases prior to travel. Travel arrangements must be made through the Station or its designee. Prize is subject to availability. If the winner cannot travel on dates specified by the Station, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in the Station’s sole discretion. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation to/from the airport and/or to/from the hotel, are the responsibility of the winner. If applicable, the winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification and passports for international travel. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. The winner and travel companion(s) must sign a prize winner publicity and liability release form prior to traveling. If any prize related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for any reason, the Station’s sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded portion of the prize. The Station reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or guest(s), if applicable, if either engages in disruptive or unruly behavior or in any manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.

c. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and, unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.

b. If necessary, the winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within two (2) days of notification of winning or prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Unless otherwise permitted by the Station, winner(s) must claim his or her prize in person, and a prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any minor children in all Promotion-related activities, and a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize and sign any requisite releases on behalf of the minor child.

6. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. Entrants and participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Promotion Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these official rules. The laws of the State or Commonwealth in which the Station is licensed shall govern this Promotion, without regard to that jurisdiction’s choice of law rules.

b. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other commonly owned stations in the Station’s market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.

c. By entering the Promotion, entrants and participants grant to the Promotion Entities the right to publicize the participant’s name, photograph, video, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law.

d. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the PROMOTION Entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Promotion-related or prize-related activity.

e. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station, in its sole discretion, may require Promotion winner (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s) over 18) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion.

f. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

g. The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person not abiding by the official rules, or for tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Station’s website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in an entrant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Station makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Station reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

h. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

7. DISCLAIMER

a. Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their control, including, but not limited to, a busy signal, operator interference, cellular interference, internet congestion, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone call, facsimile transmission, email transmission, or cable modem service, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; failure of any entry to be received in whole or in part by Station due to technical problems, telephone service problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or wireless calling/text message carrier service; communications line, hardware and/or software failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, other communications malfunctions, unavailable network connections, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless service; damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Promotion, or damage to mobile phone or other PDA device or other internet interruptions or malfunctions or for technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during the playing of the Promotion or that may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of an entry; failures of or other problems relating to computer hardware, software, the internet, or similar systems, including but not limited to difficulties relating to entrants’ ISP, DSL, or cable modem access, “worms,” or viruses or any other problems of any description or nature which may prohibit, prevent or interfere with the acquisition, completion or submission of any entry; (2) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Promotion; (3) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations, postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate assigns, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Promotion or to perform under these Rules. Promotion Entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and PROMOTION ENTITIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.

9. RULES AND WINNERS LISTS

a. For a copy of the official rules of the Promotion, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (“SASE”) for receipt by the end of the Promotion Period to [station name and address]: Promotion Rules. For the names of the prize winners send a SASE for receipt within 60 days following the end of the Promotion Period to the attention of Promotion Winner Lists at the above address. In either case please be sure to specify the name of the Promotion for which you are requesting the rules or winners list.
